Our recent travel to South Africa was an unforgettable experience, and a big part of that was because of our amazing travel agent, Sharon Bell!
From beginning to end, Sharon was engaged, attentive, and committed to making sure every detail of our journey was taken care of. She coordinated our lodging at each location, ground transportation, and our flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg, making the entire travel experience feel seamless.
Prior to our departure, Sharon facilitated conference calls to walk us through the itinerary, answer our questions, and make sure we felt prepared for our travel.
Sharon truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable and memorable experience. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made such a difference.
My hubby had a birthday while we were in South Africa. Sharon coordinated with the guide to create a special birthday celebration for him. They went above and beyond . It was AMAZING and we really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
At each destination, we had a guide (who Sharon coordinated with ahead of our arrival) to be onsite with us ensuring we had someone to help us navigate around Cape Town and Johannesburg. The guides were excellent and were helpful as we coordinated additional activities to engage in.

“My experience with WDCT Travel Agency has been extremely pleasant. The owner of the business has gone out of her way to ensure we receive a top notch experience prior, during, and upon returning from our trips. I have used WDCT twice so far this year alone because the experience has been good.
My first trip was to Las Vegas where we had a phenomenal time first staying at the Paris Hotel. The room was top notch and well within the budget I set. The air travel was also good and went off without a hitch.
My second trip was to Costa Rica. This trip was just a phenomenal as the trip to Vegas. We did however run into a snag but that was due to a decision I made and as a result WDCT stepped right end and not only corrected my blunder but got me extended a couple of days without any cost to my airfare. My stay at the hotel was great and we had a good time the 4 days we were in Costa Rica.
